That’s where our Day-of Coordination comes in. We handle the timeline, the vendors, and the unexpected — so you don’t have to. Just show up and fully experience the day you’ve worked so hard to plan.

What will this process look like?

2 weeks before the wedding the wedding day we will have a consultation to go over the details.

We will draft a well-organized day-of-wedding timeline and send this to all the vendors.​

​

A week before the wedding, we inform the vendors that we will be your day-of coordinators and send the program of the day.

​

On your wedding day we will be the main point of contact for the vendors and your guests. We will coordinate during the day including set up and make sure everything runs smoothly.
